EA Studio is currently assisting the Arbors at Cary apartment community with the design for their new clubhouse and pool facilities.  EA Studio is also involved with the site planning for the project and assisted with a successful re-zoning of the property. The proposed 3,400 s.f. clubhouse will include administrative offices, a resident exercise area, resident changing and locker facilities, and resident gathering spaces.  The floor plan layout allows varying levels of access by residents and staff to accommodate the various uses throughout the day and evening. 

Positioned at the front of the apartment community’s property and along the main drive leading into the apartments, the building design is intended to project a contemporary image and new design direction for the community as a whole.
