This project is for a retail building renovation.  The proposed design responds to the developer's desire for the existing building to be a popular locale for the  community.  The renovation will improve the ability of the property to draw people in and encourage social interaction.  The design attempts to draw on the most appealing aesthetic elements of countryside buildings and small town life, while also projecting a contemporary appearance.
