EA Studio is providing the designs for the Estate Homes and Villas for this forthcoming retirement community.  There are a total of 6 unique floor plan designs, which will be distributed on 49 separate lots. EA Studio has also assisted the developer’s design team with the layout of the road patterns and lots on the site.  The exterior design for each home and villa is intended to complement the design of the community's main building, which draw inspiration from elements of English country homes.
