2018

This tenant fit-up, located in Raleigh, NC and completed in 2018, is the new research and development facility for Grafted Growers, a company that provides grafted vegetable transplants for field and hydroponic greenhouse growers.  An existing 6,000 s.f. warehouse space was converted into spaces house the company’s custom-made vertical structures for plant growing and healing functions. Additional spaces include an entry lobby, shipping and receiving room, areas for packaging, and for the irrigation system.
