This new 9,700 s.f. building, located on Midway West Road in Raleigh, serves as a private hobby shop for the restoring of classic automobiles.  Vehicle storage garages surround a main shop area on the first floor. A second level consists of a guitar studio, office, break area, and an open air balcony.  Though located within the city, the positioning of the building at the rear of the 2-acre site, with a forested area at the street, provides the sense of an isolated area.
