North Raleigh Presbyterian Church Columbarium

This project provided a new columbarium and memorial garden for the church community.  The design provided columbarium niches in a memorial wall with a brick surround that complements the design of the church building. Space has been provided for future expansion of additional niche walls. The design incorporates other features as well to encourage contemplation and remembrance, such a walkway encircling a raised earth mound and a curved garden wall with a fountain as the focal point.  The design contributions for this project were made while with Edward Associates Architects.
