This is a 1,500 s.f. renovation to one of Springmoor’s resident apartment buildings.  The project involved a combination of two resident apartments to become a single commercial office space with a residential feel. In addition to architectural and interior design, EA Studio also assisted selection of project location, programming of office spaces, selection of furniture and accessories, and the design of marketing boards depicting finish and fixture standards for future resident kitchen and bathrooms that are on permanent display in the space.
