This project is a renovation to an existing 1920's single-family house to convert the building to multi-family apartments.  The existing 3,380-sq. ft. building was originally constructed as a single-family residence and was later used as an office.  The building is now four separate apartments, with units ranging in size from 570 sq. ft. to 780 sq. ft.  This project required in-depth building code research and working closely with local authorities in order to provide the best possible use of the spaces, while also meeting the code requirements for fire prevention.
