Tryon Office Center Parking Addition

EA Studio helped to solve a critical parking shortage within this office complex with a 27-space parking addition. The project included numerous site studies of parking space types and configurations, prior to arriving at final parking solution that involved the use of tandem parking spaces.  The site limitations of an adjacent floodplain and sewer easement had to be overcome with the addition of a retaining wall, while impervious surface limits were addressed through the relocation of an existing bioretention pond and the use of permeable pavers
